The Ivy Mock Neck and Iris Skirt are cut close to the body, with stretch. Choose your usual size. For a looser feel, size up.

Relaxed styles

The Iris Sweater has a slightly relaxed fit with a little extra room. Choose your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.

The CamIella DRESS

Designed to fit close at the waist. Choose your size by your waist measurement. If you're between sizes, size up.

Between sizes?

Go by your bust for tops, your waist for the dress and your hip for skirts.
MATERIALS & CARE

58% cupro, 42% viscose in a luxurious blend that’s cool and silky to the touch, with a drape that moves when you do.

Both fibers start as plants: cupro from cotton linter, viscose from wood pulp. The corset is lined in 100% cotton.

Care: Professional dry clean only, to protect the beaded embroidery and the shape of the corset.

Designed with love in NYC. We work directly with our factory partner in China, reviewing every sample and spec sheet ourselves before a piece goes into production.

Free US shipping on orders of $250+. Orders under $250 ship for $10, sent from NYC within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Prefer a refund? US returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached ($12 return fee).

Refund policy

We want you to love every Rachella piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

RETURN WINDOWS

Refunds: request your return within 7 days of delivery through your order page.

Store credit or exchange: Email customercare@shoprachella.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size or item you would like.

Your window begins on the day your package is marked as delivered.

RETURN FEES

Store credit and exchanges are free.

Refunds to your original payment method have a $12 return fee per order, deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not ironed, in original condition with all tags attached, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, hair, and any signs of wear.

Each returned item must come back in the Rachella dust bag it arrived in. If you return your entire order, please include everything that came with it, including any complimentary gifts.

Returns that don't meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your cost.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale are not returnable. 

Orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada and Israel, are final sale, except for damaged or defective items.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

For a refund: sign in at shoprachella.com, select your order, and choose Request return within 7 days of delivery.

For an exchange or store credit: email customercare@shoprachella.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size or item you would like.

Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack your items in their dust bags and drop off the package with the carrier on the label.

Please only use the label we provide. Returns sent another way, or to a different address, can't be tracked and won't be refunded. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

REFUND TIMING

We process returns within 5 business days of receiving them and email you once your refund is issued. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it. If you paid partly with a gift card or store credit, that portion is refunded to your gift card or store credit first.

EXCHANGES

Each item can be exchanged once. If the size or style you want is sold out, we'll issue store credit instead.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect every piece before it ships. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email customercare@shoprachella.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free return label and make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

GIFTS

Gifts can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Email us with the order number or the name of the person who placed the order.

OUR COMMITMENT

We keep our policy fair so we can keep making thoughtful, carefully made pieces. We reserve the right to decline returns from accounts with an unusually high number of returns. If you ever have a problem with an order, please email us first. We're always happy to help.
